Be featured in the 9th Annual METAs Not-A-Ceremony
Submit your materials to <ceremony@metas.ca> today! We want you to participate in this virtual gathering in two ways:
1) Reconnect and Rebuild
In the spirit of highlighting artistic excellence within our community, we would love to receive short visual media from you describing (1) your favourite METAs memory or (2) what you’re looking forward to now that theatres are opening again.
This material will be edited along with other submissions into one video by our team and presented during our virtual gathering event. It will also be posted at a later date to our social media channels. The aim of this presentation is to reconnect and rebuild our community. Please keep video submissions to 30 seconds and under!
Submit your materials to ceremony@metas.ca by November 12th, 2021. If you’re sending video files, please send them via WeTransfer, in MP4 format. Please attach any necessary documentation, such as name of participants and other pertinent info.
2) Looking Forward Together
In our Gather Town event, there will be a room dedicated to the upcoming work by members of the community. Anything that best represents your upcoming season, show or event. The point is to see YOU and have YOU be SEEN!
The following materials are encouraged:
A teaser trailer of your upcoming 2021/2022 season
A Video Message from the company’s leaders announcing what to get excited about in the 2021/2022 season
A poster for your upcoming production
Any photos you feel champion your company and the work you do in the Montreal English Theatre Community
Submit your materials to ceremony@metas.ca by November 12th, 2021. If submitting visual media, a hyperlink to your video (hosted publicly on Facebook or YouTube/Vimeo) is encouraged. Please attach any necessary documentation.
